The indian judiciary system is not strong to give verdict's in many cases for years. People spent their life in jail and when the judgement is given they have already spent the punishment period in jail, so they get bail.
TMW the accused in Bilkis Banu rape & Killing of her family case may also get bail under similiar circumstances. will it be considered as a judicial or appeasement.

please note that i am not a hardcore Alqaeda terrorist or RSS terrorist masked as patriot invoving in henious crimes.
i beleive those involved in killing and other barbaric activities should be punished and justice should be done to the victims.
whether it balkis or poor women ( probably muslim)in Nadhigram, the culprits should be punished under all circumstances.

bad elements are available in all communties and sections of the life. when it is muslim it is unforunately clubbed with his beleif.
how could a neutral person can justify the Gujarat killings opposing Mumbai bomb blasts. Only hardocre elements can justify the killings, alqaeda justfies its bombing as jehad and RSS justify the riots as backslash. i live in a society with 80% hindus, if all are communal then there cant be a society.
i agree that parties are divided the society for vote banks.
RSS is nothing but a another form of ALQAEDA , LeT etc.

I am from Orissa and do you know, the Bajrang dal and BJP had financed Dara Singh to hire eminent advocates to fight his case in court. But they never admit publicly. When he attended session court during trial, the trisul dhari cadre used to fall flat on his feet. Even now at Chowdwar jail where he is kept he gets VIP treatment.Since he is from UP should be sent to a UP jail under Mayabati
