Toilets on Indian trains
by Chris on Jan 26, 2008 12:12 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Indian Railways need to adopt the same type of toilets that is used on aircrat, so that the refuse does not drop onto the tracks below.
The shocking facct is that the railways employ people, whose job it is to clean the portion of the railway-tracks that lies within the railway-station of of such droppings.
Of what use is building high-tech software, hardware, cars, buildings, outsourcing, BPOs, etc, if we cannot liberate our own people from such slavery ? The railways should immediately implement aircraft-type of toilets on all its trains. Indian railways must be the only railways in the world, wherein the droppings from the toilets acctually drop onto the tracks.
