The leaders of this nation have to setup an example of good conduct. Corruption at govt. level sets up bad precedence for others and demoralizes the clean minds.
Neta's have to setup good examples. Instead all we hear of are scams and money gobbling at each and every level, be it the central or state govt. or the cops or administrative services.
We need leaders who can setup a good example before this country and world. Strength of a country is not its army but the honesty and integrity of its leaders.

The leaders are part of the people of the country. If a lot of people are corrupt, so will the leaders be.
