This is a lesson for any Desi visiting/staying in USA.
Non-white, celebrity, kids and sex is very potent mix. No one can save him. Even the juries tend to go along with law-enforcement. Law enforcement is over jealous. Make a note, being a Christian doesn't help.
There's an issue of cultural difference too. Something considered minor could become a explosive situation in USA. Even minor non-event could become a HUGE sex crime.
It's a lost cause. I'll be surprised if he doesn't 20-30 years. Learn what you're getting into when you're at a new place.
I don't know if he is guilty or not. Sure thing, he's in soup. His bright future and life has gone to dogs.
