shame on the so called civilized , modern world which is full of wealth and best possible proteted envirnment loaded with sophisticated systems but shame the government could not protect the intellectual who is working for them sacrificing his upbringing home, parents and left his sweat little home to provide comfort to advanced world.

Tathagata, every human is valuable and each of us live with purpose of doing something. I would never like to die that way.
However, generalising it whole USA and to condiditons in India is unnecessary. People have to understand that crime rate especially unintentioanl is pretty high in USA than india.
Infact you will find atleast 10 cops dying every month.
