In these recent shootings only Ph D Indian students have been targetted at different universities. I hope the Indian Govt doesnt treat it as routine and goes to the heart of the matter why Indian students are being targetted and shot.

your theory is a probability. firstly justice needs to be done by arresting the culprits. i cant believe that USA so called self appointed global police cant offer justice to people on home land.

its such a shame that police in US has said that they could'nt find the culprits.It seems that there is not much difference between Bihar police and US police.
