In the other state like UP rigging made only at the time of poll only but in WB the CPM cader made it on regular basis. At the time of poll when the central force come they threaten the people by saying these forces are in WB during poll only we ll c u after poll if u don't vote for CPM. They attack if any anti-cpm or any inst/org start work for development or helping the people without consent of the party. (Recently the CPM cader come in force against the protestor who protesting against the malfunctioning of the Public Distribution System.) The looted every section of people. If u r a businsessman/Industrialist u ve to pay donation to the party. For Industry its starts from 1 lacs. (Recently in Srirampore a owner of a building, which ve been rent out for marriage have asked to pay by the LC Rs 500/- each occasion). For the labour - Regular subscription, 10-20% of bonous and attain all the party meeting and rallies. For the State govt employee- Regular subscription, attain all the party meeting and rallies. For contractor - God save.
