It is also possible that the words of Quran might be prophet's own words.....he could not read and write so if at all Quran was written by himself then there is something miracle about it as he could not read and write but he did but actually as you say he memorised it himself after revelation and declare the revelation to his companions to write it....so what is great in it???

islam is the fastest perishing religion, and it has 1% conversion rate and u can find numerous article in net stating the fact that Islam's growth is due to high birth rate and low literacy, In Africa it is the fastest decreasing religion ever, and u say that islam is scientific but yet to produce a good scientist. Quran is quran and it speaks for itself. We dont worship Mohammed(PBUH) as he never asked us to worship him. Quran says that if you dont belive in Islam then its absolutely OK. You can follow your religion and the muslims can follow theirs.

I have read the Quran. Its my holy book. I love my Quran and read it with devotion. It says that not following one God is a great sin but it does not say that somebody should be forced to follow. Quran chapter 109 1. Say : O ye that reject Faith! 2. I worship not that which ye worship, 3. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. 4. And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship, 5. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. 6. To you be your Way, and to me mine.

Sura 4: 88-89 reads: %u201CWhosoever turns back from his belief, openly or secretly, take him and kill him wheresoever ye find him, like any other infidel. Separate yourself from him altogether. in this ayat it was said like that becoz jews where the enemies of islam and islam was new at that time soo these make everyone feel like they accepted islam and again they leave it in bunch just to make everyone feel that people are leaving islam that why allah order like that soo that they dont do this to misguide..if jews can do conspiracy then allah is better planner then them..after all he is our GOD
