sell arms to both Talibans and their brothers in uniform also known pakistani military and make sure they use those weapons on each other.

Of course, the weapons should be sold at high prices to make a decent profit.

Alas, not many countries think like america :-()

unless someone proposes a better solution, I presume this is the best way to convert porkland into Afghanistan....making it suitable for future carpet bombing if not outright nuking.
