This is the best that could ever happen to UP..this state is too big and creating a lot of mess for the rest of India..big states cannot be governed by our Politicians..it can only be looted..this is going on since long time...

specially Mainpuri aur Etawa should be separate from UP and make SEZ for all Gundas of Mulayam. Export processing zone for Gundas
