The DRDO perhaps should employ illegal arms-makers from Bihar and UP. This will have twin benefits:- 1. The manufacture of illegal arms will decrease. 2. The standard of small arms will improve. People will be surprised to know how these illiterate mechanics and black-smiths can copy sophisticated pistols, carbines and even AK-56. Need evidence?
