To stop all this lawlessness, Pakistan should immediately be divided into Sindh, Baluchistan, Punjab, and NWFP; and those areas be given independence. That will give much responsibility to the individual leaders and stop all the bloodshed. Also the evangelists in India should better target their attention to these new independent states and draw them out of the culture of bloodshed into a more civilised Christian culture.
