So you have read textbooks of 'India States' and we accept it.
Even the term Sinhala is not of sinhalese. Sinhala was tamil kingdom like chera, chola, pandiya or pallava. Ramayan/other Indian text have clear reference to it. The basic sinhala cult is from polynesia and after occuping the south-western coastline, these aliens later occupied the inland southern and central territory along with its 'identity' and people.
Futhur driving inside, the Certal Ellala Tamil kingdom was occupied by socalled sinhalese. The western was during British and the eastern region is under process of occupation by illegal sinhala settlements.
The sinhala in recent past not only harassed Tamils but Malayalis (mapillas, nairs etc) and Telugus (kamavas/naidus) whom were in laks came in during wartime or for business. Even today the significant Telugus/Malayalis enjoy freedom in eelam forces controlled territories whereas in sinhala controlled more or less have been 'converted' as sinhalas. Those whom objected this conversion had to leave the island fearing harassments.
Now tell will any people allow occupation to this extent and Tami Homeland has been occupied by alien cult here in Elangai.

Get your facts straight buddy, the tamils were the original inhabitants of the srilankan land, which was any way part of India. You guys came much later and it is said that your ancestors had accompanied lord hanuman!

Mr. natraj, where did you read all this wrong info. 1st you correct your History knowledge then talk. Now even America rejected the Aryan's invasion theory and started teaching in school that Aryans were the original inhabitants of india.
The1st Famous Ramayan after balmiki is Tamil only. It is the people like you who do not read the scriptures propely misleading the fact and trying to divide the Indian like English.
Talk about the RamanujaCharya (Gajat guru from Tamil nadu). Just read his philosophy do read the book written by the person like Karunanidhi.

How u feel about India intruding into Kashmir, and suppressing them with shear brute force comprsing of 8 lac troops armoured with AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act), according to which they kill any Kashmiri civilian on mere suspicion, arrest & harass them, crackdown the localties, rape plus various other human rights violations unleashed on them. This is really a sorry state of affairs that Indian media is projecting self cooked stories to its people, hiding th ugly face of Indian "democracy".

Kashmir is the greatest consitutional fraud committed by india on kashmiris the people of kashmir have the right for self determination which is deprived by india till date.india can conduct general elections in kashmir but can never have the guts to conduct a referendum becos india strategically can never afford to lose kashmir this is the truth. if the nation is so democratic let them leave the fate of kashmir to the kashmiris this was raja hari singh's views.

This is the problem with the Tamil like you Mr INNOCENT (not all Tamilials). You are also talking like pakistani muslims. Tamilnadu is a good state it has been leader in many areas. It has real good talent & people but just b'z of people like you TN is not developing as much as Andhra & Karnataka.
Why don't you think as a Indian, being a Indian how can you question the bravery of our armed forces. Remember b'z of the Indian armed forces you and I are able to speak freely otherwise Indian (either Tamilian or Northindian or kannadiga) would have been working under Chinese or pakistani.

First of all,, In today's world no one can claim that it is Singhala state or Tamil state or Kannada state or Andhra state and it belongs to only the respective people.
In the modern world where there are lot people's movement, a country or state is place where all types(regardless or country , state, religion or language) of people live together.
My dear SL friend, Let us assume the following case.
let us say 50,000 Telugu speaking people born and brought up and live in Tamilnadu.
let us say 50,00 kannada speaking people born and brought up and live in Tamilnadu.
let us say 50,000 malayalam speaking people born and brought up and live in Tamilnadu .
let us say 50,000 Oriya speaking people born and brought up and live in Tamilnadu. Now What if Tamilnadu govt and tamils discriminate Telugu people , kannada people, malayalam people, oriyaa people and refuse their legitimate rights( Discrimination in schools, university, jobs, opening a business etc).
What would these people do against tamils and tamilnadu?.
if you can answer this question, you would know actual problem.
Finally i suggest the federal-state arrangement in Sri Lanka. I hope this arrangement will solve the problem rather giving a separate country.
States should have more control but still be controlled by Fed govt.
