Now tell me what the heck jyoti basu did 4 entire nation his only acheivment is only cofines to w.bengal .He rules bengal for 3 or 4 decades but for nation he contributed big 0 . now may be u can give him bengal ratna or something but bharat ratna noway !! His entire political carrer only spent to destbilise central government which is still going on even today itself !! so that's what u caled his national service !! Beside look at bengal which one off the least developed and poorest stste by any means !! God save the country from such a waste ! PLEASE FOR DOS SAKE DON'T DEGRADE THE HIGHEST CIVILIAN AWARD !!
