The fraternal bloodshed that is persists gets i vicious and gory in ever hardening hatreds amongst two communities sitting cheek -by jowl for past several centuries.Humanism and vital strategic concerns of Indian State requires that both foreign policy of India and naval threats from expanding Chinese domination over Indian Ocean needs to be taken note of what Col Athwale's well articulated formulations of the dangers , we face in Indian Southern Peninsula and irredentism of the Dragon over Singhalese territory may cause..It is Chines extending its girdle from chain of Islands Coco in Bay of Bengal and ending up in hot waters of Arabian Sea at Pakistan's Port of Gawadar....
