Assuming 100 people write an exam, out of that OBC students would be 88 and FC studnets would be 12. So the probability of the seat going to an OBC student is much high (88/100) and probability of the seat going to an OBC student is much low (12/100). SO shouldnt the FC's be having the reservation?

In 'democracies' it's never a qn of what 'should' happen... but it's about what happens! what political voice do the 12% ppl have? and what have they tried so far?
