DO we have to give into our sexual desires in a manner which brings shame to us .. Well I didn't mention the family name .. cause the person didn't give it a thought that he had a family whilst committing such a heinous crime ...The crime levels are really high ,, and its not that the law enforcers are not doing anything but people need to realize their moral conduct counts higher than the immoral law that they blame everything upon...

When you walk on the road in any part of India, people stare at women in such a way as if they want to devour women/girls.
I'm sorry to say, but I'm convinced that Indians are one of the worst in crime against women.

well I am dead sure, you won't get such looks if you aren't wearing provocative clothes!!! And what part of India are you talking of? You might get some stares and such if you take a walk in the ghettos, but thats the case even in developed countries like USA
