Media should also publicize the punishments given to these rapists and molesters, so that other potential rapists or molesters will be deterred. After all, punishment is supposed to have a deterrence value. So publicizing it is required.

I agree... And I think it is absolutely wrong to cover the faces of these "unless proven guilty" criminals.Why does the police allow these crooks to cover their face.
