Indian culture is hollow..all talk and no substance. Any culture which does not respect women is not culture at all. India is high on talk but very low in reality.

These things happened because people don't understand culture. Do you think those people ever got any teaching from their parents? Their parents may have been always busy shaking their hips in discotheques.

Whatever be the explanations..these are just a few of the numerous similar one highlighted. India should make itself more safe for women, especially educating men and their mentality. In India women are just objects of desire.

Thats what Indian culture needs to be taught to indians first. In order to ape nonsensical western culture by going to pubs and discos and taking narcotics and alcohol, they think they have become modern and civilized. This kind of civilized behavior leads to sexual harassment and deaths.
