Learn about Caste system Learn about Sati -Bride burning system Learn about Devadasi- system Learn about Female infanticide-system Learn about Dowry system...etc Because this is the real india, if some guys try to sell you some myth and myopic great civilization- It is a simple trash Because all such places are not part of India now.. In my opinion-It is much better that these kids stick to their western upbringing..

Some of the above said things by sadaChaddi are still practiced in India. Especially if your upper class daughter marries a low caste man I bet you will burn him and his family. About infanticide we already know the status. Dowry is mandatory I guess. Devadasi is abolished. Bride burnings are rare.
I think the only thing that irks is projection of our culture as the best thing in the world.There are lots of faults inside our system too.

Try to change. All that you mentioned above are social eveils prevalent in all sections of society irrespective of caste creed or religion. Only names change. Instead of sticking to western upbringing, they all must learn that they have to change the society and remove every kind of bad things in the society
