What else you expect from the judiciary?Even mass murderers are roaming freely in this country and you guys want the courts to deny bail for molesting.Thats funny.

Justice ? India? what is the relation. If there was justice or law not for hire, then probably there wouldn't have been Phoolan Devi or Maya tyagi incicences.
I remember a police in UP PARADED maya tyagi nude on the streets just because police thinks they can do anything in favour of who pay them.
MOTTO SHOULD BE
LAW FOR LEASE, PAY AND GET IT .
In south India most of police station do private arbitration between parties and settle the issues. Money works here.
Writing FIR in india is expensive affair which cost anything between 2000 Rs to 5000 Rs in metros. Police stations are legalised mafia.
Women in india feel police stations and area surrounding is most unsafe fro public even being place of law implementation.
