question!

I dont know much about your justice system but i have followed the story and have a quick question.

In case the accused were actually there to help (just in case!) are you recommending that no one should go to help a girl in problem.

Or to ask it this way, since you are all assuming that they were all there bad intentions so you won't go near to such a incident.

Ah! Interesting question. In this case some people were actually helping the women. For example, the Hindustan Time photographers and some other guy whose name I don't remember, who worked in a jewelery shop. There was also talk of a guy in a "red shirt" who was acting as a good Samaritan. These guys are NOT in the list of the accused. Moreover, none of the accused till now see to have claimed that they were helping the women. If I remember it correctly, some of them have actually turned themselves in, though they are facing lesser charges of unlawful assembly rather than the more serious molestation charges. So yes, helping is always recommended.
