Law means money to bureaucrats. They can lease or sell law for filling their pockets and increasing their bank balance here or in swiss.
Every area police inspector in bombay is nothing less than crorepati , because the get so much bribe, favours, gifts to whom they give protection..
Pay money and buy law, this is the only slogan which works for India.
