It all depends on education. The same goes to India as well. If people are educated well and learn morals about tolerance and co existing with other people,there's no reason why the country cant re build. But the quality of education is important. Look at our own rediff boards. Half the fools had such a poor education and live in a bad environment that they pass pathetic comments about Muslims,North or South Indians,Biharis etc. It's a shame really to see how ignorant and intolerant these people are.
