I did notice it. I wonder how anybody can't?!
It goes to show that even mannequins can win elections in India, when contested with a caste label. DMK was a party that stood for social justice. but with cheap antics like this, it shows politics, in any case, is a stinking ditch. If they were so desperate to apeace the Nadar community, they could have chosen one from so many noble men amongst them, who have served the society, and not just their community.
When this lady's husband was alive and going on a killing spree, this women was a spectator. Knowing a crime and not reporting makes one as guilty as a criminal. That way people have elected a criminal as their MP. Well, that is not news to us anyway. That is people's power for you. Democracy, as provided by our constitution. Finally it leads to one nadar interviewing another nadar on national media.
While caste has been banned even in our constitution, am wondering what pride and pleasure do people derive in adding their caste names along with theirs? Any person worth his salt will not do that. I see only cheap personalities still using their caste names.

I think some big shots (probably karunanidhi) would be keeping her for his needs!!
A talented and EDUCATED minister (Dayanidhi Maran) was sacked for just egoistic reasons! How much development he made in TN when he was a minister..
Can someone please finish off Mr. Karunanidhi..? he has dream to be cremated in the Marina Beach, but he shld be cremated in Koovam!

no minister has done good for this country with out any benefit...... if a minister was sacked it was because of rivalry between them and loss of their share........
I can give you a example...... a company on the East coast (MNC) avoids tax of nearly 2000 crores and gets away by just paying 500 crores to the people in power.....
every Politician in this country has taken money willingly or unwillingly.......
Nothing can be done about it until they fear people or respect them .......
