At last, Buddhadeb and Jyoti Basu said that socialism can not bring out prosperity and industrialization. Capitalism is necessary for the prosperity of all people.

I m not Gujarati, I have never lived in Gujarat, I know nothing about the situations there. I am, however, a Hindu, a fact I was rather ashamed about when I heard what others from my religion were doing to others because they belonged to another religion.
And if Narendra Modi didnt just turn a blind eye towards these massacres, but in fact approved of them (something he has never denied, as far as I know), then yes, I for one would not want such a man as a chief minister of a state.
Maybe I m being overly idealistic in this. Maybe he has done a lot for the state of Gujarat, and there has been a lot of development there in recent years. I wouldnt know, and I admit that freely. But I would like to believe the life of a fellow human being holds some value in todays day and age. Which, sadly, doesnt seem to be the case.
The only problem with you and other like you is: you people are partial. You brand BJP as COMMUNAL, but if Congress does similar things, you call it SECULAR.
Let everyone be measured by the same yardstick.

WHy arent u fighting Pakistan, in Malaysia, in Bangladesh, in Saudia Arabia, in Uganda, In Kenya, in USA, In Iranm, In egympt, in Dubai WHERE MINORITIES LIKE HINDUS ARE BEING KILLED EVERYDAY by non-hindus like muslims!! WHY ARENT U DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT THERE, u are going crazy after less than 1000 people died in gurat 5 years ago!!!!!! and u dont care than 10,000 hindus are killed a year in pakistan???
