Without UP there can be India. UP, Bihar, WB and all other backward states in east can form a separate federation. The progressive states will be part of one federation and progress.

only few people like uddhav and some in this forum(ROGER BINNY hiding his identity on alighter note at least madal lal was more popular that binny, SAMEER PUNE, again he has to insist that he is from pune poor loser, ON , depressed about the fact that non maha people are eating his job opportunities) are bad mouthing other state people. problem lies in their mindset for which nothing can be done.
