If you see the back ground of all the 'BHAIS'their'HITMEN' and mafia most of them fare from Ajamgarh and neighbourinf areas with few exeptions of course who have been from south but rarely a maharashtrian. How ever local police and politicians who are mostly maharashtrian make a nexus and earn through them. Some of ex-police cheifs and the present one too are no exeption.Treating all migrants on the same scale will be unfatr. Most of them are contributing a lot to Mumbai's wealth and prosperity.

But Surendra, those 14 identified were mostly from Maharastra and are Marathi. You can not stop carores of bangladeshi and wanna to stop people from U and Bihar. Despite all efforts Europeancan not check migration from Africa and Asia. So udhav cannot stop people coming from any where. However it will be stopped soon with the development of manufacturing sector in north and west and then Mumbai will loose it no one status in the country to NCR.
