I dont like Shiv Sena and its ideologies, but being resident Mumbai since my childhood I have seen it moving from being a great city to a falling city..there is just no doubt that the working class population which have been flocking from UP and Bihar are the main reasons of this increasing crime rate and mess.These are frustrated and desparate lots who have only seen poverty and crime in their gaons. I am a maharastrian(who shows middle finger to shiv sena), but what I just said is being a Mumbaikar and any resident Mumbaikar -be a gujratiu, marathi,malyali all would echo my feelings. Though this is a democratic country where everyone is free to go everywhere, a line needs to be drawn somewhere. We can not have all the unemployed biharis flock to Mumbai(and even Delhi) and ruin this once beautiful city.

Dude, that happens all over the world people flocking to greener pastuers, it is responsibility of government to see that they don't become a burden (live onb streets and more)who rules the BMC????, who are the slum lords the same bloody politicians who talk crap and do nothing just make people fight against themselves so that they can get their vote banks

ppl like Udhav Thakre have their own grudge against norht Indians. Shiv Sena couldn't muster Vote from north indians in Mumbai because of such nation breaking agendas and are out of power. So their agony can be understood. Has Udhav Thakre seen the Group Goondaism that prevails when local trains ply from Bhayendar. The type of group goondaism is such that ppl standing at the gate of Local train wont at all let you in even if some space would be there inside. And immgrant ppl from one of hhe western state of the the country are majorly part of such goondaism. I wont want to name the state as i dont want to hurt anybody. But Udhav won't comment on it becuase of his nation breaking agendas, preoccupation and other grudges.

And not to forget most of the class 1 bureaucrats and police officers who are running your state in a condition because of which Mumbai is known as one of the safest city are from North India.

Please lead the decongestion parade .....lets start with you .... please go back to what ever place your forefathers pigrated from ...does'nt matter if it is in Maharashtra .... ask your forefather why they left their native place in Malwan , Marathwada and the Kolhapurs and solapurs ....by the way I have seen what happens at Ambedkar Jayanti ...and they are not bhaiyyas ....what about Ramabai Nagar .... Dharavi ...how many bhaiyyas are there ??? ....
there is no doubt that there are just too many bhaiyyas in Mumbai but who is to blamed who is ruling BMC for the last 15 years .....not Bhaiyyas but the " dhartiputras" or the "insiders" ....

friend check the facts, most of the people living in slums are from other parts of maharashtra. This is from figures issued from the government of maharashtra itself. most of the bais in mumbai ,where do they live , don't tell me they live in flats why dont people in south india or calcutta have a problem with migrants why do hear about problems in mumbai only , when non-state people live in other states also.

We r one nation when we see clearly that its in our interest.But we become marathi,gujuu,Bhaiyas,Biharis,bengali,Odiya ,tamils etc first when we see that we have to make sacrifies.This is the true nature of all us citizens.Even before the witness identify who the real culprits are ,SS ppl are beginning give the incidents political colors.As everyone know when it comes to apartheid politics SS is a veteran.Uddhdav is desparate and dont know who target, thats why he is shooting these idiotic blanks.

Actually right..Migration to an extent is alright. But these people and their never ending chain of population that come to Mumbai causes a lot of strain on Infrastructure..
Believe when any train from UP/Bihar comes up . The entire Kalyan station gets packed up .. and you just cannot walk / or worst even stand..
