Most politically incorrect statement given by a politician
by on Jan 05, 2008 06:16 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I would just say that this happens to be the most politically incorrect statement by a politician in the era where being political correct is being so very much hyped.
How can Indian nationals whose fundamental right is to settle in any part of the country be called migrants to Mumbai? Besides this Mumbai is a city of migrants and indeed the Maharashtrian population is quite less but pointing to the fact that only the Non-Maharashtrian population is to blame for the city's crime is indeed over-generalisation.
People are moving on to becoming world citizens and certain people are still stuck up with racism and linguisn.
It is indeed high time that Shiv-Sena grows up and becomes more Indian that becoming more Maharashtrian.
