MUMBAI: If two girls were molested in public in Mumbai on New Year eve, in Latur, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped and murdered by four youth. Latur is the home district of Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and the local MP is Union home minister Shivraj Patil.

One of the accused Vijaykumar Pathale is related to local NCP MLA Chandrashekar Bhosale

So you think what is to be blamed is rich-poor, urban-rural cultural divide. But the perpetrators of crime are dressed stylishly and the girls wore western costumes.

the girls emerged out of mariott whereas the guys were just roaming around

the pictures showed the guys dressed in a manner that tells they belong to upper middle class or rich families.

highest number of rich ppl live in punjab...does not mean they are comfortable and at home when they see gals in minis
