As far as I know it is the Bihar and Ganga culture because of them we have got all the achievement in our gloriouse history. During the time magadh rule only india expanded its base.
some person from UP / Bihar is no doubt with criminal mind but you can not blame on every UP/Biharis. Let me tell frenkly I never seen hard working person in india like biharis.

All Biharis and Bhaiyyas are hard working,,,only thing is they cant work hard in their own state,,,that is the sad part..Secondly all the rapes, robberis, murders, molestation, illegal slums, shanties have mushroomed in Mumbai because of biharis, Upites and rest low class indians. UP, BIhar, Tamil, Kerela, Andhra, Bengal are great, prosperous state go there and do whatever you need to do.
