The victims were NRIs and they don't want to file any complaint and they told that they only want to go back To USA.If they dont have any problem then why other dogs r barking on each other? Same incident happen in Kerala(Kochchi)where one foreigner girl who is teenager molested by mob.They taken oath not to come again to India,they r afraid of Indian ppl.So stop blaming each other and let's fight against any anti-social elements to save India.
