The population of UP-Bihar is exploding and these people come to other parts of India in large numbers. Why don't they have some family planning. These people are too arrogant to understand the nuances of cities they populate. They don't learn the local language thinking Hindi is understood by everybody and they bring their crime attitudes with them.

BTW I love HIndi and I have no problems with it. The problem is with these chauvinists.
