Wake up Maharashtra
by Tango Charlie on Jan 06, 2008 02:44 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Until we Maharashtrians wake up to reality it is us only to blame. Mumbai has the highest tolerance level for outsiders. Check out Gujarat and other Southern states where you need to speak their language or English, to get any attention. Mumbai is supposed to have the worst language (Bambaiyah) but who has contributed to that. Why not expect people to speak Marathi or Hindi while in Mumbai.

Mumbai has been a launching pad in many ways for all outsiders. Keralites use it to get Gulf jobs; Tamils, Kannadigas, Andhraites, you name it all make it through Mumbai and then take it back home.

Mumbai has been a giving city; the highest tax paying city in the whole of India and what does it get in return? The infrastructure is forever groaning under the weight of outsiders.

Why do we need so many outsiders living in slums. Why can't they take their slums back to their native places and slum it out there? Why do they have to come to Mumbai? I had been to Kerala for a week and saw no slums there. Those people are always vigilant and will not let anyone loiter around even for a minute and we in Mumbai don't bother when we see slums coming up and around every day.

Jai Maharashtra, Jai Hind, and away with the slums and shit.

"Keralites use it to get Gulf jobs"...is crap. They go directly from Kerala..FYI some of the airports in Kerala were international airports even before Bangalore et al..And this question about..."Why do they have to come to Mumbai?" Mumbai is not a separate country...it is part of India was built by all poeple who came from elsewhere...every Indian has equal rights in all parts of India. The Central government has to act tough on this kind of regional mentality or let us all get partioned on a language basis!

Lungis are commies,,they are not the part of this nation,,,Tell me one Keralite nationally known leader who has contributed to the freedom of this nation. Kereliates are in nature have kuuuuli mentality,,,they are modern day slaves to Arabs,,,stay that way. I want this nation to be as regional as it could be,,,stay away from Maharashtra...The fact of the matter is you Kerelite kuuulis can't do anything in your state which is a rotten commie and muslim league bastion of kuuulism. Which central govt? the hotpotch khichdi? Why don't you go and tell the central govt to act tough with us the Marathis. Then we will show you who we are. Go ahead,,,

Model state with no manuf industries whatsoever is because the commies there don't allow anything. People go around all day with red flags and shouting slogans and then end the day with toddy and beating their wives.

You call it a model state where over 70% males are abroad in Gulf countries. If they had enough industries and job opportunities for everyone then you could call it a model state.

Go get an education.

I agree with you. Kerala commies appeasing has left the Hindus there the poorest. But it is the very Hindus who elect the Kerala hindu hating commies. There is high education, and no jobs in Kerala. Kerala is a failed state. I should know. All my relatives left Kerala more than 30 years ago. Only the missionary and mullahs rules kerala.

BTW, Every city attracts people. So you cannot avoid slums. Mumbai being the largest and most successful has its equivalent share. But some will say it is the very immigrants who contribute to Mumbai's successful.

I agree. Mumbai and Maharashtrians are very tolerant. Unlike evil DMKs and commies.

My people have done well in Mumbai. It is time they contribute to Mumbai society.

Jai Maharashtra, Jai Hind.

Tanog,,,it is time to rise up..and do what is necessary for Maharastara and Marathis. I don't give rats a99ss about outsiders. My city of my forefathers been ravaged, humiliated to the core. You know I will blame our Marathi Leadership for this,,There are no more people like Savarkar, Gokhale, Tilak, Balvant Phadake and many more. All we have is napusank kangresswallhs reporting to "italian High command". We need to take concrete steps to change. Strict laws, Strict watchdogs, restrict migrant arrival to this city and all over Maharashtra. Danda raaj. Once we start cracking up some heads this migrant behaviour will not change. There is a saying, if somebody doesnot listen to you when something is said, then only way is to slap him hard so that he listening abilities are restored. This is hightime that Marathis need to act up for the sake of our city and Maharashtra.
