Population migration been happening since mankind

This is the exact problem, instead of solving the issue. These political leaders will make populist remarks and try to get political mileage out of it. Since people like pawar, thackeray, mayawati move around in their cheap class mentality circle. Some thing like Urban planning is beyond their brains.
There is no emphasis on infrastructure planning. In developed or developing countries, every year they focus on couple of towns and develop it into world class city. For e.g what china does or couple years back US did to Raliegh, North carolina. Once infrastructure is developed all the business moved like AIG, IBM, BMW etc. moved over there since real estate was cheaper. Many people from Newyork, New jersey moved over there.
In india Pune has such a potential but here the business go first, population goes next and then we struggle with scarce infrastructure.

In some cases Shiv Sena is right, but their statements are idiotic, they are not well edited. He says "migrants have defamed Mumbai" but if you see the real scene, Mumbai got its good name because of migrants. Migrants make this city prosper. His statements should have been different say "Stern action against the law breakers" or "Harsh punishment in public for eve teasers"
