People do migrate from one place to another or even to another country . This is natural ..
But migration to some extent is good. where the migrants are in minorities..
So a few bhaiyyas / Biharis don't make any difference to mumbai..The problem comes when you people come in mass number to Mumbai, make it overcrowded and this mass flowing goes on and on ..

It is not just mumbai but all major cities what to do whom to blame tell it is the govt needs to put some regulations. Do u know when people from rajasthan come they come along with their whole team and set up the bussiness even the security guard will be one of the family member so where should the locals go this will escalte between the outsider and locals. So the govt should ask all the outsiders to appoint locals in there respect companies, bussniess or trade and they need to do fast before the it is too late as all locals feel the same.

Mumbai is famous as HINDI film industry not as Marathi film industry this state is totally depend on hindi speaking people, you get lot of revenue because of hindi speaking people and UP wallas and Biharis.
