Migration from other parts of the country is definately a problem but banning them or abusing them is no way out it's look bad on maharashtrian culture, BMC should be tougher with slums and illegal constructions, everyday new malls, shopping complexes and housing societies are coming up with the acute shortage of water and electricity, who is responsible bhaiyyas, and nobody should be allowed to break rules neither bhaiyyas nor ghatis
