I Mumbai & Whole Maharashtra Gujju,Marwadi,Jain,Sikh have been living for more that 200 yrs.But Shivsena never blamed any one of them.they all came Maharashtra and became richest businessmen. If u see u'll have many poltiticians, minister r non-Marathi,but SS never taken any objection.B'coz above all contributed for the development of state a lot. They think that it's their Karmabhumi and they treat Maha.state as their own state, most of them can talk Marathi well, even South Indians also quite helpful and calm. But,many of UP/Bihari (most of them r expelled criminals)came to Mumabai and living in slums. They r law-breakers and very troblesome for local public. They all r living like gutter-worms and polluting culture of Maharashtra.Due to Dadagiri & anti-social activities, local public is annoyed.SS is opposing only criminal minded ppl, these illiterate, pig headed UP/Biharis r killed in Assam few months back. So,If these ppl want to live In Maha.further they've to behave like human-being not like animals.UP/Bihar is undeveloped due to these illiterate, unaware ppl so their criminal leaders r sending them to developing states to spray anti-social activities, for this policies of Cong./Laloo and SP parties r responsible. These 2 states and their ppl r big hurdle in India' development. None could spilt Mumbai from Maharashtra. Lets' Jiyo Aur Jine Do.

actually, in the 70s the SS did go after the Gujjus in its first sons of the soil program. Then in the 80s it was the South Indians, finally settling with the other minorities. Our India is a country replete with communally divisive politicians, a trend begun with the RSS, Savarkar, and Congress itself; now continued by the BJP and Shiv Sena. It is a sad irony that the very people whom they persecute have to vote them to power.

Serpicus- I don't believe Savarkar had anything to do with what you state above. He was strong in his views and as a result the BJP and sometimes the SS give others the impression that he was a "carrying-card member" of their party.
