They say India is moving ahead, but, when the masses have this mentality, then advancement is not just economic its maturity and respect for others too.

Nowadays there is a parallel Gunda culture in India. They think they are modern and can do anything to a woman if she is vulnerable. Real orthodox people do not misbihave with women even if they judge them to be loose.

One part of India ( tiny) is westernised while majority is still old fashioned. How ever even if they are old fashioned if they are brought up well they will not molest a woman even if she is not dressed or behaves according to convention. They just move away from her. There is no excuse for molesting women. In true Indian culture such a molesting is considered sin and crime.
