Forget Common Civil Code or Madrasas, we're not dealing with them. The issue is - does anyone have the right to interfere into a legal marriage? If not, he or she must be punished - that's all.

What do you mean when you say Does anyone have a right to interfere into a legal marriage? Does any woman (or man) who starts and extra-marital affair with a married man (women) (i.e. INTERFERES IN A LEGAL MARRIAGE, to use your words) that eventually results to the breakup of that marriage indeed have such rights. Last time I checked up on it, it is not illegal under the Indian law to have extra-marital affair(s) and at the same time there was no implicit law authorising such actions. Try to understand the origins of the issue. All the fuss is being caused because it is a Muslim male and Hindu female story. In case it had been a Hindu male and Muslim female couple the fuss/trouble/riots would have ensued immediately after the LEGAL MARRIAGE had taken place and the whole problem would only have been considered resolved after the suicide/accidental death/lynching/murder (or what ever mode of termination you prefer)of the audacious (Hindu)scum-bag. I am optimistic that you will get the gist of the message though I do have my doubts about it.
