Jessica Lal, Priyadarshni Matoo, and now this case.
What about those poor hapless women who were murdered and raped in every nook and corner of India? They dont publicise them because they are not glamorous!
Come to me, I will show more heinous crimes perpetrated against poor people in every small town and city as well!

R u among those 14 guys who did this? U r shocked to find out police is after you living all the other criminals. I think it is good that people know that even a simple criminal act can be dangerous if caught on tape. So atleast will avoid such things in public places.

i have seen BHARKA DAT AND RAJDEEP SARDESAI ARGUING WITH THE PEOPLE TO COMEOUT WITH FACTS WHEN THE CASE IS STILL IN COURT.REPOTERS SHOULD NOT INTERVENE IN THE CASE PUBLICLY THAT TOO ON TV SHOWS.WHAT RIGHT THEY HAVE TO ASK THESE TYPE OF QUESTIONS? RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THEN THIS.

rape and molested cases are problmatic and the victim hhas to suffer once again in the court. judges will ask the question to the victims abt how the rape had happened what time it happened how many persons raped ,was it.....bla bla. the victim will feel like to die than answer these typre of arguments. this is the reason most of the victims would like to keep quiet rather than going to police station for lodging the complaint.
