Cultured people never indulge in such antisocial activities. The Miscreants had already this on their head whosoever comes their way. The stunning fact is that nobody bothered to raise voice against them NOT even Police. This really demoralizes the common men who feel helpless. The police should have instantly swung into action. The security at such public places should have been intensified sensing and anticipating such incidents on January 1, Friendship Day, Valentine Day, Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Visarjan, Navaratri etc. It is the administration%u2019s duty to protect the public.
