This is non sense
by Vaibhav Pradhan on Jan 04, 2008 12:04 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

This guy is kind of justifying the naxal voilence.

This is nonsense. This guy is quoting foreigners to tell us who is truly swadeshi and who is foreigner. Naxal problem has nothing to do with problems of the people. Its the problem of ideology. Even Saradar Vallbhabhai Patel acknowledged that and at one point threthened communist/leftist leadership of armed action. Its after that threat that communists participated in democracy. This is HISTORY.

Use the might of the nation to crush these criminals and anti nationals and at the same time improve economic conditions of the tribals.

Don\'t be a vainglorious jingoist. Just look at the Indian customs at the airport. They are always prowling to harass the international passengers. If this is the kind of treatment one receives at the international airports of the country then how wrong is the author in pointing out the corruption as the main reason of the problem.

pradhan sahab,

read last three paragraphs before giving vallabhbhai bul**t. :-)

Whatever the guy say makes sense.. the naxalite's goal/aim is nobel but the path they have chosen is wrong. Its governement's job to understand the plight and resons behind the violence and fix it first. If there are criminals involed govt need to weed them out. But when u actully visit such places it is difficult to figure out who are cirminals and who are police. :-) (just like anywhere else in india police=currupt people.)
