Democracy would bring in fundamentalist into power just like B'desh. Let us not forget that the 1971 and 1999 wars with India happened when there was a democratically elected govt. in Pak.
Friends dictatorship is in the best interest of India and US. The nukes would be in safer hands that. So let us appreciate the good work of US and Mush.

I agree. The biggest weapon the elected Pakistan leaders have been using is 'Kashmir'. Ever if we are to care for an average Pakistani (not connected to fanatism & politics), we have seen enough instances of the democratic governments being overthrown. Like the original author rightly pointed out, the nukes are in safer hands (atleast they are in the hands of an American puppet).
