Why No Ban?

I can't understand why is SL not banning LTTE?

i also cant understand. they have banned Tamils in sri Lanka so i guess effectively it means ltte too.

yaar patriot, where did u learn that tamils are ban in sri Lanka, they are the 2nd biggest business community of Sri Lanka,Please dont misguide yourself and others.

If a country put a ban on an organisation, they cannot invite them for negotiation. Though LTTE asks for separate homeland Srilankan government does not want to close the opportunity for a negotiation.
Remember we have banned Lashkar but not hurriyat though hurriyat sometimes blabber about separate Kashmir.
