Bullshit .. I live in hyderbad ... It will just take you 5 minutes to realize how boys mens and buddhas stare at girls, peep into Autos, turn their heads 180* to stare at girls n women. Just take that 5 minutes to go out and observe. The one thing I particularly hate is that the older men and the buddhas are more into this ... then who will teach the youth!

I am a 50 year old 'buddha' and enjoying looking at beautiful women. I think these simple pleasures of male life are eternal and have nothing to do with age. Beauty is admired by all irrespective of age. But I agree that 'leching' or making offensive gestures or sounds is bad.

which means u r saying rest of India is bad.....dont use this opportunity to glorify Andhra. Hyderabad go to Charminar area or city limits near NH4 you will see how the localities behave.
