this exchange of list is a ploy by the US and other western nations to keep an eye on the Indian nuclear progress. Pakistan has no nuclear program. It is all hogwash created to scare India and make her sign NPT. Pakistan's nuclear program is same as Iraq had WMD.

No, just like Iraq has WMD. Pakistan's fictious hundreds of bombs serve the same deception. These deceptive tactics have not worked in the past and would not work. US has been taken for a ride and now cannot dismount from the tiger it is riding. Pakistan did not deliver what it promised in war on terror. Not only it is creating problems for US but for India too, since China may really give one bomb to Pakistan just to fulfil Bush's fantasy. It is getting ridiculous now.
