I have seen many postings on rediff which say that a Jihadi Martyr or a Holy warrier who sacrifices his life is offered 72 virgins in paradise after death. Is this really true or something ficticious or read out of context. Please specify the section number in the Quran if you wish to be authentic.
Further, what happens in case of a woman holy warrier ? Islam which incidently is the only religion which allows women the right to divorce and claims fairness for women. So technically, what do they get when they sacrifice their lives. Non-muslims, please be respectful in your replies. Thanks.

Gowarishankar Sharma, stupid people like you bring Hinduism a bad name. If you are incapable of a decent discussion, shut up. Also, I am a proud Hindu and do not feel the necesisity to change my religion. I neither believe in minority appeasement nor in division of Hindus based on caste lines. I believe in equality for all. Irrespective of religion or caste.
Even I get frustrated by suicide bombing by Islamic militants since they kill innocent lives. As it is, there are very few moderate muslims. Your stupid comments will push them towards fundamentalism. What we need to do is understand and encourage educated Muslims to get integrated with the society and become role models for other muslims. Your rhetoric is not offering any solution atall. You seem to be a part of the problem.

I think this was some kind of misinterpretation or misunderstanding by the so called clerics or highly placed Muslims. I feel the people during the time this religion was created were promiscuous, practicing things that were not oriented towards respecting the almighty, and were mostly self-directed. In order for people to come to a right path, the people who brought this religion into being thought there should be something should lure people to come into its fold and also wanted some die-hard followers who could propagate this religion. I think it did not mean killing people or forcefully converting them in the present context, it was only applicable in that continent or people where it originated, as there might have been people praying the witches, ghosts, or other things that did not signify God.
As people in other continents also prayed to God, so there is no point that these Jihadi laws are apply there.

if what say is true, then its pathetic part of any religion. Every religion, be it hindu, christain, sikh... says if you do good deed then after death you will be closer to god and will be pioused. And people do things so that they can get closer to god. But if this is true about muslims religion, then god save those countries and their citizens. Milind dont think with such replies the moderate muslims will get violent.

In Muslim Religion as far as i know Jehadi means killing the evil present in Self and offering them to Lord,so they get Luxurious Welcome in Heaven.There were doubts on Militants die and he will be offered many Virgin Girls as gift with his palace - a illogical concept of Middle East Kingdom(UAE)in actual those people live like that but not for a long time.In Case of Women She is offered Vigrin Men(like slaves).Women Jehadis go to an extreme of having bombs inside stomach and in their pregnent stage by completely teriffying the enemy during strike.This situation was overcome by Isrel when they had war with Palestien.This make them more strict and defecive towards their enemys.The best way to deal with them as per past war histroy data is to either follow non-volience or deploy a massive attack on them and erase their existence.The Truth is Religion is taken more than Life for them which is supported by Money,Power and Will.The Basic Cause has been identified as Poverty,Insecurity and non-human experience and non-coexistance.This make them live tough in Human Civilization.The End Product is Terrorist,Jehadis,Spys,Anti-National.If you see the Terrorist,Don,Mafias, some Politicals,Prostitues,Pysco Criminals, these are the cause.The Police Reports details every bad elements and their destruction and how they got destroyed.In case of Armed Force they describe they stoppage of these thing and educate people how to stay away.
