Man made or not; it is non-viable project

People in Tamil Nadu must understand that their politicians are cheating them. This project is economically non-viable and ecologically disastrrous. More than Rs 4000 crore of tax payers are going to be pocketed by politicians and contractors. This money can be utilized to widen existing roads in Tamil nadu for better connectivity.
